Delivery

All deliveries are carried out by the courier companies Speedy and Econt Express.
Each shipment is sent with the “Inspection – see before you pay the cash on delivery and accept the package” option, in the presence of the courier. In case the goods are damaged, the courier is obliged to issue a bilateral protocol in your presence, which will guarantee the re-execution of your order.

Delivery is free for all orders over 120.00 BGN(61.30€).

The delivery cost for orders worth up to 119.99 BGN(61.29€) depends on the chosen delivery method and the total value of the ordered goods.

Please note that almost all items we offer are made to order. Orders are produced and shipped across the country within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery is made on the next working day or Saturday (except in villages where there are special delivery days).

No deliveries are made on Sundays or official public holidays.

The receipt for the accepted cash transfer issued by the courier serves as a fiscal receipt and can confirm your purchase, in accordance with Regulation No. H-18 of 2006, Art. 3 for “Registering and reporting sales.” Please keep this payment confirmation document, as it will be required in case of order cancellation or a complaint.

DIMA PRINT is not responsible for shipment delays if they are caused by the courier company. In case of such delays, customer claims should be addressed to the respective courier.

IMPORTANT:
Ordered products can be held for up to 7 days at Speedy or Econt offices.
After this period, the shipment will be returned to us. Please respect this deadline. Customers who place fake orders or fail to collect their shipment within the 7-day period will be blocked from using DIMA PRINT’s services in the future.
